Opt-in and Opt-out

Use of Subscriber Names for Promotional Marketing
Devex promotes its services, in part, by listing and posting subscribers' PII on the website and promotional materials. Such listing does not constitute an endorsement of any companies’ business, services or experience, and is limited to general information purposes only.
We do obtain the subscribers consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.
The Company will maintain appropriate measures to ensure that users’ personal details are not misused, accidentally destroyed, lost or altered within the Company’s server environment.
