In cases where you have no access to your billing page due to being part of an organization account, you must notify us at least 30 days in advance before your next billing date.
For annual billing cycles, we will notify you 45 days before your automatic renewal. If membership fees are to be increased or substantial modifications are to be made to your level of access to Devex services, Devex will notify you at least 60 days before the changes take effect.
